HYDROGEN REFUELING STATION (HRS) – Don Bosco, Mendizabala & Fidegas

In April 2024, we completed the development an inline hydrogen fueling station as part of the Project Smart Mobility Industry: Green H2-FP leaded by Don Bosco, Mendizabala and Fidegas.

The project involves the supply of a hydrogen refueling station, with a maximum production capacity of 0,5 Nm 3 /hour. This system is complemented by a water supply system and a gas drying system, designed to achieve a purity level of 99.999%, and a compression system able to handle 100% of the electrolyser installed capacity.

Technical characteristics of the project:

  • System: Hydrogen refueling station (HRS)
  • Final delivered pressure: up to 350 barg
  • Hydrogen Purity: as per ISO 14687-2 grade D
  • Operational System: H2Vector Software
  • Communications: via Modbus TCP protocol
  • Date of commissioning: 14/05/24
